Absolutely! In fact, for every purchase of any AOWA product, a Warranty Card is given and should keep the proof of receipts by which under warranty period is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.However, the warranty will only include inherent of factory defects and not cover damage resulting from:· Any unauthorized disassembly, service repair, alteration or modifications being carried out. · Abnormal voltage or the use of generator and/or used not in accordance with the operating manual. · Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever. · Normal wears and tears components. · Rough handling and transportation. · Products that has been used for trade or business. · Lightning, natural disaster, pest attacks, external fire, improper installation/maintenance or use in violation.

Many of AOWA products are assembled in different advance countries (Korea, Taiwan, China & Hong Kong) using Japan technology with the imported materials.E.g.- AOWA 15 pcs Cookware Set : The stainless is imported from Germany and assembled in Hong Kong.- AOWA Good Water System: The ceramic is from Korea and assembled in Korea.- AOWA Microwave Oven: The Pyrex is imported from France and assembled in Taiwan.
